Shipping terms
Roasted coffee is an organic, perishable product that is best enjoyed fresh. This is why we always roast to order and ship the next business day. For maximum flavour, we recommend using the coffee within two months of the roast date. Once opened, consume as soon as possible, as start losing flavour the moment their package is opened.
For retail customers in Sweden, we ship with DHL Service Point. You will be notified by email or SMS that the package is available at your nearest pick up location. For coffee subscriptions within Sweden we ship with Postnord.
For orders under 300 SEK: 59 SEK
For orders over 300 SEK: Free shipping!
For international orders, we ship with DHL Express using the service Economy Select when possible. Shipping rates are calculated accordingly.
1 box of 250g coffee weighs approximately 300g including packaging.
Please note that the freight cost will be added at the last step of ordering after you filled in your billing and shipping information - before you confirm. For wholesale orders or orders over 6 kg - please contact mikael@dropcoffee.se.
We love to share our coffee and our shipping costs are only to cover the actual shipping and we don't charge an extra processing fee. We are always looking for international retail partners. Let your local supplier of coffee know that Drop Coffee can ship to your town - for them to sell to you!
