At the White Guide I got some questions from a reporter. She asked me what the next coffee trend was? I think I found that out this weekend, combine desserts and coffee. Wote and strawberries to be precise.
Then response from my friends and loved ones when we tried this floral bomb with the first fresh strawberries was amazing.
People could sometime have a hard time to find sweetness and acidity in strawberries, same with coffee. Just put them next to each other. To top this party of look at the summer bouquet of flowers on the table, could coffee really smell that good? Oh yes.
